Commercial Cleaning
Our Commercial Cleaning services are designed around your operating hours. You choose the frequency of cleaning, we do the initial deep cleaning then set up a regular schedule on the days or hours you prefer. You have one less thing to think about, set it and forget it. Our teams will work like clockwork guaranteeing things are done right so you can focus on what matters, running your business!
At the estimate, we will gather all of the information we need to give you a price for the initial deep cleaning as well as the routine service visits that best fit your schedule.
Once our first service is scheduled, your Client Specialist will work with you directly to develop your unique Commercial Client profile, adding detailed notes and pictures so that your service visits fit your and your customer's exact needs!
What's Included in a Standard service visit?
Initial Deep Cleaning
At the estimate, your commercial space will be assessed for what level of initial deep cleaning is required. This encompasses all elements of the cleaning at a very thorough level to get the office ready for routine service visits. Included is removing cobwebs high and low, cleaning baseboards, doors/frames, light fixtures, light switch plates, ceiling fans, dusting vent covers, moving to clean under and behind most furniture, and more!
Kitchens & Bathrooms
We thoroughly clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, toilets, and clean the exterior of all appliances. The interior of the microwave is included as well as small appliances like toasters, coffee makers etc. All stainless steel is polished.
Office Furniture & Desks
In addition to dusting your furniture, we'll clean under any couch cushions and even move and clean under lightweight furniture. While we don't include moving heavy desks, we will move office chairs and clean under chair mats as needed. Electronics and computer monitors will be carefully cleaned in place.
Surfaces & Trash
All surfaces are dusted or wiped including furniture, desks, windowsills, blinds, etc. Trash cans and paper shredders will be emptied. Hidden trash bins in cabinets are noted on your Client profile so they are never missed!
Carpets/Floors
All carpets and floors will be vacuumed/mopped at least once. High traffic areas like lobbies or waiting rooms are mopped at least twice. If more vacuuming or mopping is needed to get these surfaces cleaned appropriately, that's included.
Spot Cleaning
All items handled during the initial deep cleaning are maintained as needed in addition to spot cleaning the exterior face of all cabinets & drawers, blinds, and exterior glass doors. Any exterior glass doors your customers are entering thru will be cleaned inside and out every visit.

How long does an estimate take?
Our estimates usually take between 20 minutes to 45 minutes depending on the size of the space and any custom requests.
Who needs to be there?
We prefer for anyone who has a say in the details of the cleaning service to be present. We want to make sure we can answer everyone's questions and give a detailed estimate.
