Do you do remote estimates?
We prefer to do estimates in-person to make sure we get all the details in! However, we understand that's not always possible and can accommodate remote estimates if needed.
How can I pay?
We do our best to make it convenient for our customers to pay. We accept checks, cash, and digital payments such as Zelle, Venmo, and Cashapp with no fee. To pay by credit card or PayPal, there is a 3% merchant processing fee.
How do I request an estimate and how soon can we do it?
You can request an estimate on the form at the bottom of this page or by clicking "Schedule" at the top. We try to schedule estimates within 1 week of your request.
What if I don't need my whole house cleaned?
We can customize your cleaning service to best suit your needs, including discounting for guest rooms, excluding certain floors, or cleaning only high-traffic common areas.
What if I need to move or cancel my service visit?
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible. This helps us fill your spot on our schedule. We do have a cancellation fee of 50% of your service visit price for cancellations within 24 hours.
How do you get your prices?
Our prices are based on several factors such as the number of rooms, what kind of rooms, how many people are living in the home, the number and size of pets in the home, frequency of service visits, add-ons, and custom requests. This all gives us an accurate idea of how long it will take to do the work and therefore how much we have to charge.
What does it mean that satisfaction is guaranteed?
Our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy is simply this: We honor our promises, we always do the right thing, and we'll always do our best to exceed your expectations. If you're not satisfied then we're going to make it right every time.
Do you use your own supplies & equipment?
Yes! The only things we need you to supply for regular residential cleanings are paper towels and kitchen trash bags.
How will I know my service dates?
Once we get your home or office space on our regular schedule, you will have a set day/time that you can always expect our team. We will also send text confirmation reminders before each visit unless you opt out of these.
How many homes do you service?
In our 9 years of doing business, we've serviced over 6500 homes in our service area! We are typically servicing 60 homes per week.
Are the cleaners background checked?
Yes! We take security very seriously at B.I.G. Cleaning so all our employees are required to pass a background check. We use GoodHire to check national and local records.
How soon can we get started?
We are typically booked out by 2-3 weeks, but may have openings sooner if someone moves or cancels their regular appointment. We typically conduct service visits between 6:00am - 6:00pm Monday thru Friday. If you need hours or days outside of these, please contact us and we'll try our best to accommodate you.
Can I request specific cleaning products or equipment?
That's no problem! We just ask that if you prefer a specific product or tool that is different from what we supply that you please provide it. This product will only be used for your property.
What if I can't be home during the service?
That's no issue at all. We handle situations where nobody is home as well as situations where everybody is home. As long as we have entry and exit instructions from you, we can share these with the team lead in charge of servicing your home on a case by case basis.
If everybody is home, we will do our best to stay out of your way. Just let us know if you have an area you would like to be cleaned first like a master bedroom, office, etc.
