New Construction Cleaning
In this service we include a standard deep cleaning and let you pick and choose what additional options you need included so you can save on the ones you don't!
At the estimate, we will gather all of the information we need to give you a price on the spot. We can price out all possible additional options so you can make an informed decision.
For new construction cleaning we pay extra attention to remove paint spatter, adhesive, and joint compound where it shouldn't be; like brand new counters, mirrors, and floors. We'll also assist with removing any plastic on new appliances! We can work with you with closing and moving deadlines so you have us exactly when you need us!
What's Included in a New Construction Cleaning?
Standard Deep Cleaning
At the estimate, your home will be assessed for what level of deep cleaning is required. This encompasses all elements of the cleaning at a very thorough level to get the home ready for a new occupant. Included is removing cobwebs high and low, cleaning baseboards, doors/frames, light fixtures, light switch plates, ceiling fans, dusting vent covers, moving to clean under and behind any remaining furniture, and more!
Kitchens & Bathrooms
We thoroughly clean and disinfect countertops, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, and clean the exterior of all appliances. The interior of the microwave is included and all stainless steel is polished.
Cleaning Products and Equipment
Don't worry about having to leave items out for your cleaning or struggle to find where your vacuum ended up, we supply everything so you can focus on your move.
Messy Contractors?
We can clean paint spatter and joint compound off of most surfaces so your home looks its best! Our specially trained teams have the right tools and products to gently remove any paint from even the most delicate of surfaces like glass and mirrors.
Surfaces & Trash
All surfaces are dusted or wiped including furniture left behind, windowsills, blinds, etc. Trash is collected and disposed of, we can even haul it away if needed!
Carpets/Floors
All floors & carpets will be vacuumed and mopped at least once. High traffic areas like kitchens are mopped at least twice. If more vacuuming or mopping is needed to get these surfaces cleaned appropriately, that's included.

We can help you remove plastic and stickers from your new windows and appliances. Sticky residue ruining your view? We can carefully remove any leftover adhesive from most surfaces.

How long does an estimate take?
Our estimates usually take between 20 minutes to 45 minutes depending on the size of the house and any custom requests.
Who needs to be there?
We prefer for anyone who has a say in the details of the cleaning service to be present. We want to make sure we can answer everyone's questions and give a detailed estimate.
